Written Notes

Decanted 30minutes. Only medium shoulder level. A deep, intense ruby colour with tiny tawny tints. Prominent, very intense nose full of rich and ripe, sweet, dark fruit aromas, blackcurrants, mint and vanilla. Solid and intense full-bodied palate which is notably balanced between a moderate level of high acidity, soft tannins and ripe fruit. Long, lavish and gentle finish with blackberry and fresh rosemary flavours along with good acidity.
