Wine Information
To the eye the Noble Cuvée presents a light gold colour animated by very fine bubbles and a very persistent line of foam. Aromas of preserved citrus and white flowers develop alongside roasting and mineral notes. The Noble Cuvée Brut Vintage is an incomparable accompaniment for all meals, particularly white meat and fish dishes. This Champagne will still remain fresh, delicious and magnificent over many years.

A cold winter and a mild late spring cued for a perfect June allowing early and fast flowering. Outstanding weather conditions prevailed and the season went on without dramatic turns.
