Written Notes
Almost all Premier Crus of Champagne are in this blend based on 1/3 each of Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay. Champagne coloured with copper coloured hue. Aroma reminiscent of ripe walnuts, Calvados-apple, floral hints, honey and Brioche. The palate is well structured, quite opulent with creamy texture yet lovely freshness. An impressing wine.
