Written Notes

32% Pinot Noir, 32% Chardonnay, 32% Pinot Meunier, 4% Petit Meslier, Arbanne and Pinot Blanc. Bottled 2015, disgorged July 2021.
Mid-gold colour, developed and complex on the nose with lots of bready character. Severely dry on the end with light body and a long finish. My preference is for more dosage, but you can see the quality of the fruit and the ageing.
