Tasted in April and September 2016. Sweet fruit and tannin but also some oak. Fine structure and depth. Long and concentrated. Well made and focused wine. Lingering fruity finish. Heartbreaker one.
Dark purple red with violet hue and black core. Well concentrated nose with slightly closed character. On the palate well structured with full-bodied character and good length.
Deep colour. Intense elderberry, liquorice, dark chocolate aromas. Sweet fruited almost liqueur like flavours with dark cherry kirsch, aniseed fruits, marked new vanilla roasted chestnut oak, and fine chocolaty tannins. Generous wine with lovely depth f flavour and richness. 94 points

Dark colour. Very deep, lovely intense black-fruited nose, lots of energy on the palate, confiture, very creamy, silky, dusty tannins on the finish, shows very well. 90-92/100 2022-2032
