Written Notes

Bright yellow colour with green hue. Expressive nose with reductive start, flintstone and smoky hints, with some oxygen the aroma is reminiscent of boxwood, lemon zest, fresh grapefruit and hints of tropical fruit. On the palate well balanced with good mouthfeel, creamy texture, ripe fruit and almost salty minerality, well structured with very good length.
