A warm and steady growing season along the Bolgheri coast led to optimal ripening for white varieties. The single-varietal Sauvignon Blanc was harvested slightly earlier to prioritize natural acidity and preservation of citrus aromas before late-summer heatwaves peaked.
Deep straw yellow with golden reflections. The bouquet is fresh and clean, driven by aromas of ripe pear, grapefruit zest, white floral tones, and subtle hints of beeswax and vanilla from integrated oak.
