Written Notes

The Bryant Family Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon 2020 is a majestic, high-toned expression of its iconic 13-acre estate on Pritchard Hill. In a vintage that required extreme vigilance, this 100% Cabernet Sauvignon emerges with a deep, nearly opaque ruby-purple core. The nose is extraordinarily complex and highly expressive, bounding out of the glass with crushed blackberries, cassis liqueur, and wild sage, completely intertwined with signature mountain details of graphite, tobacco leaf, and an iron-rich, rocky minerality.

On the palate, the wine delivers full-bodied opulence and immense structural density without ever feeling heavy. Layers of ripe black cherries, dark chocolate, and tapenade coat the mouth, framed by muscular, finely pixelated tannins that give it a towering, vertical build. A vibrant undercurrent of hillside freshness cuts through the rich extract, driving into a seamless, exceptionally long finish accented by cedar shavings, anise, and a lingering, savory stone grip.
