95 points Antonio Galloni
Bryant's 2011 Cabernet Sauvignon Bryant Family Vineyard is incredibly silky, polished and vibrant. Sweet red berries, mint, wild flowers and crushed rocks flow across the palate in an energetic, tense wine loaded with focus and cut. The 2011 is a bit understated relative to previous years, but its balance is terrific. High-toned floral and savory notes add an attractive upper register to the finish. I won't be sur...

Good looking normal size bottle, is in a perfect condition and has by the neck level. Colour is purple, and looking dark, bright and deep. On the nose it is wide, complex, seductive, rich and pure. The taste is focused, vigor, fragrant, refined, warming, with sweet tannins, and average in acidity, full-bodied, with perfectly balanced, well-structured and concentrated structure. On the palate it is layered and has chocolate, nutty, perfumed, leather, herbs, blackcurrant, tobacco, tropical fruits, truffles, mint and mineral flavours. The finish is long, lingering, flavorful and pure. This wine is intelligent, sexy and excellent. I paid around 1k-3k€ a bottle. Perfectly stored bottles are still very worthy and will last well for another 20-30 years and decant at least 2t before tasting.
