Written Notes

Tasted in November 2019. Green tones but not unripe ones, leading immediately to Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon, 60% in all combined. Graphite, cedar and some forest. Big and corpulent, great acidity, structure and strong backbone. Excellent and stylish wine, a real cool climate wine.

Dark purple red with violet hue and almost black centre. Elegant and expressive nose, blackcurrant, blackberries, plums and black cherries, dark chocolate in the background and hints of vanilla. Very elegant texture, excellent length, firm but balanced and mature tannins, fine acidity.
