Written Notes

I tasted this in April 2024 and retasted it in September of the same year, finding the impressions to be identical. 87% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Merlot, and 3% Cabernet Franc, 13% alcohol. Aromatic cherries and blackcurrants covered with grated chocolate. Great complexity, midpalate, and structure. Ripe black fruit fills the whole palate. Discreet oak and integrated acidity. Long aftertaste. Splendid effort.

Dark purple colour with violet hue and almost black core. Opulent nose with aroma reminiscent of grated dark chocolate, vanilla and gingerbread spices, toasted brioche, pencil shavings, backed by complex fruit, blackberries, blackcurrants and strawberries. On the palate elegant with ripe tannins, fragrant fruit and excellent length. Very classic style.
