The 2012 Bordeaux vintage report.
The 2012 Bordeaux vintage is a year for vineyard management and workers. Call it a winemakers vintage, or change your tune and call it vineyard managers vintage. Either descriptor works perfectly. Tasted in September 2019. Incredibly captivating wine with lots of lush, tasty and well-defined fruit, deliciously soft tannin and splendid aroma of blackcurrants and violets. This is 100% Bordeaux and this wine will make customers thrillingly happy in the restaurant!!
Ruby. Dark fruits, some scented notes, floral, fruity, blueberries and cassis, some vanilla and spices. Fresh acidity, ripe tannins, fresh, fruity, dark berries, juicy, firm, long. 94
