The Story

Hand harvested with successive sorting, in small crates with sorting in the vineyard. No destemming, no crushing. Gentle gradual pressing of whole grapes, without breaking up the press-cake. Run-off by gravity, racking of the must and vinification in new French-oak barrels. Aged for 10-12 months on the lees.

Pale lemon yellow. Peach, apricots, pears, orange, intense and fruit driven nose. Fresh acidity, fruit driven, intense, rich, rounded, peach and apricots, vanilla, sweet mandarin, almonds, long finish. 93

Bright yellow colour with green hue. Well structured nose with restrained fruit, hints citrus fruit and slightly zesty aroma. On the palate well built, full-bodied structure with ripe acidity, savoury minerality and convincing length.
