The Story

Artistic wine is an expression of man's harmony with nature. The winegrower's art begins by finding a great site, then balancing the vine to the site, the fruit to the vine, the winemaking to the fruit and ultimately the wine to the table; all for the purpose of enhancing a great meal.

Wine Information

The 2009, our fifth release, is a fabulous expression of our estate with over 80% sourced from our vineyards on Pritchard Hill, high above Oakville. Aromas of wild black cherry, chocolate and summer rose open to cardamom and black truffle on the palate. With an average vine age of 17 years and benefiting from very low yields at 1.7 tons to the acre, the 2009 is lush, supple and elegant with a long, complex finish; enjoy today or age for a generation or more.
