The Story

Blend: Pinot Noir & Chardonnay

The Rosé Prestige plays on themes of harmony and seduction in a modern context.

Its bottle, with its bronze tints and delicate curves, holds a shower of pink-gold stars which has become a paradigm.
The delicacy of its bubbles, a string of fine pearls, escapes from the crystalline elegance of the airy neck of the bottle created by Carol Duval-Leroy.

Its salmon colour, created from Premier Cru Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, holds one’s eye and brings hints of amber to the fore. Its bouquet releases a wealth of aromas: wild cherries, figs and even a hint of ginger and geraniums.

With a solid maturity and balanced vinosity, this wine represents the best of what Duval-Leroy has to offer to knowledgeable wine lovers and fans of fine rosés.

Written Notes

A wonderful Rosé with lively and typical colour and almost violet hue. Expressive fruit, red currants, raspberries, ripe strawberries and hints of brioche, mild spices in the background. On the palate lively and crisp with very good depth and length, multi-layered finish with red fruits and discreet spiciness, well structured with creamy texture and excellent mousseux.

BWW- The Best Wine of the World 2023 -competition

"We believed the opinion of 10,000 consumers or 1,000 professionals to be more correct and more significant than a small group of wine professionals.”

BWW-The Best Wine of the World-competition is by far the toughest wine competition on this planet. Unlike any other industry competition, less than 1% of the wines involved will be awarded.

BWW is also the largest wine competition: The BWW competition 2021 was held in the world's largest wine information service - tastingbook.com. 21,556 wines received in total 3,569,711 votes from 349,000 wine professionals and wine lovers from 116 countries during the three months voting period.
