The Story

Chevalier-Montrachet Les Demoiselles is located to the south of the Côte de Beaune, at the summit of the slope where the villages of Puligny-Montrachet and Chassagne-Montrachet converge, but on the Puligny commune, just above Le Montrachet.
It is very small : 1.28 acre.

A crystalline and supremely elegant Chevalier-Montrachet, the 2021 Les Demoiselles from Domaine des Héritiers Louis Jadot is defined by purity and precision. Aromas of citrus zest, white peach, pear, and acacia blossom are layered with crushed stone, chalk, and subtle hazelnut. The palate is taut and finely structured, with vibrant acidity, intense mineral tension, and a long, saline, soaring finish. A cool-vintage Chevalier of great finesse and longevity.
