Written Notes

A crisp and incisive Premier Cru Champagne, Platine is driven by freshness, precision and chalky tension. The nose is clean and expressive, offering green apple, pear and lemon zest, complemented by notes of white flowers, crushed stone and subtle brioche.

On the palate, it is taut and energetic, with a fine, persistent mousse and a distinctly dry profile. Bright citrus and orchard fruit are supported by vibrant acidity and a pronounced saline minerality, giving clarity and linear drive. Light autolytic nuances add texture without softening the wine’s focus.

The finish is long, clean and mineral, with lingering citrus peel and chalk. A refined, terroir-driven Champagne built for aperitif precision and table versatility.
