Vineyards: 2 plots "Chaillots" and "Gillis". Southern exposure, mid-slope.
Grape variety: 100% chardonnay
Soil: Ypresian clay and marl soils. Some traces of limestone sands in the Gillis.
Ages of the vines: planted in 1963, using massal selection in cultivation
Viticulture: Approach to treatments using biological, biodynamic and more traditional methods if necessary. Respect for the rhythms of the plant.

A challenging vintage for Champagne in the face of an unprecedented heatwave during the summer months. The wines are characterised by the year's unusual circumstances.
