A precise and characterful Champagne, the 2018 Mont Martin reflects its Premier Cru origins with clarity and depth. The nose is fresh yet layered, offering crisp apple, pear and lemon zest alongside notes of white flowers, toasted brioche and subtle almond. A chalky, mineral nuance underpins the aromatics.
On the palate, it is taut and focused, with a fine, persistent mousse and a distinctly dry, energetic profile typical of Extra Brut. Bright orchard fruit and citrus are balanced by vibrant acidity and a pronounced saline minerality, giving the wine drive and tension. Gentle autolytic notes add texture without softening its incisive character.
