A refined and expressive cuvée from Opus One, the 2022 Overture balances bright fruit intensity with polished structure. Aromas of dark cherry, blackcurrant, and plum are complemented by violet, cedar, and subtle spice. The palate is medium-to-full-bodied with fine-grained tannins, vibrant acidity, and seamless integration of fruit and oak, leading to a long, elegant finish with mineral and herbal undertones. Elegant, poised, and highly approachable while still showing depth and nuance.
