Written Notes

This cuvée de prestige disappeared from the market a long time ago, to be replaced by Piper Rare. To me the wine tasted a lot like its successor: light and elegant without any great depth. Still too young, but with impressive complexity. Last time I tasted it I fell in love with the Salonlike purity.
