Wine Information

In the growing season leading up to vintage 2016, rainfall was below average and whilst we saw only around 76% of the long term average fall, it was not the amount that had the biggest impact however; it was the timing of the rainfall. Written Notes

Good looking normal size bottle. Colour is green-yellow and medium. On the nose it is open, youthful, ripe, generous and rich. The taste is fresh, rich, toasty, vivid, and dry, and average in acidity, medium-bodied, with well-structured structure and youthful. On the palate it is layered and has tropical fruits, toasty, new-oak, citrus and buttery flavours. The finish is long, lingering and flavorful. Perfectly stored bottles are still very worthy and will last well for another 1-5 years and decant at least 15min before tasting.
