Written Notes
Light, green yellow colour. Fresh and hebaceous nose with lemon aromas, some honey, cinnamon and spearmint. Dry and medium-bodied wine with refined fresh fruits and pure mineral texture and lingering lean finish. Sophisticated riesling for immediate drinking. Will evolve well another 3-5 years. Serve at 9-11°C with sauteed whitefish or grilled seafood. JL 89p (12/2020)
