Carrying the banner of "La Determinazione," this youthful bottle counters a hot, dry vintage with surprising energy and vibrancy. It reveals a darker, more savory register of black fig, star anise, and iron-flecked warm stone alongside a touch of exotic fruit. It is muscular and controlled on the palate, rolling out waves of bitter cherry and dark chocolate with a firm, tensile grip.

A vintage defined by intense summer heat, which resulted in small berries and a powerful, deeply extracted structural profile.

Dark ruby color. The aromatics feature an expressive mix of black fruit, warm stone, vanilla, and freshly cut grass. The palate is rich and expansive, backed by a powerful tannic structure and an enduring, highly savory finish.

The Character: Born from a warm, dry growing season mitigated by late-summer rains. It stands out for its ripe concentration, vibrant aromatic detail, and Mediterranean character.

Nose: Vibrant and inviting with aromas of bramble fruit, wild blackberry, dried eucalyptus, tobacco, and graphite.

Palate: Dense and structured with a core of black fruit, cassis, and cedar. The tannins are fine-grained yet firm, supported by a mineral tension and surprising freshness that cuts through the warm-vintage richness.

Finish: Long, savory, and focused with lingering notes of dried herbs and dark fruit.

Drinkability / Cellaring: Extremely young. Benefits from a 2-hour decant if opened now, but best tucked away in the cellar. Drink 2028–2048+
