Domaine Ramonet on Burgundin ehdottomia legendoja. Talo omistaa viinitarhoja yhteensä 17 hehtaaria. Suurin osa Ramonetin tarhoista sijaitsee Chassagne-Montrachetin alueella, mutta talolla on myös palstoja Puligny-Montrachetissa ja Saint-Aubinissa.
