A wonderful aperitif champagne, the Cuvée Brut Quartz will be a fitting accompaniment to gougères and toasted canapés topped with Parma ham. It also has the power to match white meat and poultry dishes, such as a chicken ballotine.
Our Brut Quartz is made from twenty different Crus, predominantly pinot meunier. The extra ageing and integration of older reserve wine brings out an exceptional range of aromas.
