We started the evening with a 35 year old magnum of Champagne. 1978 Cattier “Chigny les Roses” Champagne- Gold colored, slightly oxidized nose. Restrained bubbles, pleasant and full body, decent acidity. Finishes with almonds and tawny port notes. From magnum. 84 points
