Our Brut Quartz is made from twenty different Crus, predominantly pinot meunier. The extra ageing and integration of older reserve wine brings out an exceptional range of aromas.

Nose : it offers up fresh yet complex aromas of plum, prune, biscuit and brioche, which melt into elegant orange blossom notes.
