Written Notes

Medium deep colour. Intense liquorice, blackberry blueberry aromas. Well concentrated with smooth blackberry cassis blueberry fruit, savoury oak and fine long chalky textures. Finishes long and juicy with roasted chestnut notes. Very attractive wine. 94 points

Tasted in October 2017. Very classic Bordeaux and of course Margaux, elegant with finesse and showing cool tannin, great acidity, balance and depth. Persistent fruity finish. Simply splendid effort.

Dark purple red with violet hue and black centre. Well concentrated nose, dark chocolate and hints of blackberries. On the palate distinct tannin structure, quite dry finish.
