Taylors 80 year old Tawny Port Victory – This Port was bottled this year to celebrate the End of WWII. 1.945 bottles have been filled and were individually numbered. Bright, intense reflections in a dark red colour with a green rim and an even more intense core. Perfectly balanced and hugely intense and complex on the nose: toffee, chocolate, coffee, honey and a mix of herbs. Very well-supporting acidity on the palate with herbal notes, honey, chocolate and malt, hints of nuts. Long, complex finish. With a shelf price of around 600 GBP, it is less than half of the Graham. 98
