Very exciting, dramatic nose and really crystal-clear flavours. Only stainless steel was used this year rather than old casks because of the vintage character.

Light steely yeloow colour. Pronounced and complex nose with lemon, white pepper, preserved apples, honeyed overtones. Dry, volaptuous, crisp acidity, vivid mineral complexity and crisp acidity. Broad oily texture and long lingering finish Decant 3 hours. At its peak in 2040.
