ABOVE-AVERAGE TEMPERATURES AND WARM, DRY SOILS AT THE BEGINNING OF THE YEAR LED TO A VERY EARLY BUDBREAK ARRIVING BEFORE APRIL WAS EVEN HALFWAY DONE.
