Despite the climatic challenges of the 2017 harvest, this release shines with crystalline purity, radiant freshness, and impressive tension.

The nose is complex and profoundly elegant, opening with notes of candied lemon zest, white peach, acacia blossom, and fresh butter, evolving into refined autolytic layers of warm brioche, toasted hazelnut, wet chalk, and a delicate touch of praline. On the palate, the entry is incisive yet wonderfully silky, carried by ultra-fine, creamy bubbles. A laser-focused acid spine cuts through a generous fruit core, delivering a masterful balance between opulent texture and mineral drive. The finish is mesmerizingly long and saline, leaving a persistent, iodine-tinged, and smoky mineral imprint. A Blanc de Blancs of supreme class, drinking beautifully now with outstanding aging potential.
