Château Haut-Hrion's tasting notes :The wine shows a very interesting nose complex as of a good year. Not so pleasant on the palate. Hints of resin and truffle lead to heavier, inelegant aromas. The structure is fine but a high volatile acidity leaves the mouth dry.

Château La Mission Haut-Brion has a history as deep as its roots. It was started way back in the 16th century by the de Lestonnac family, and by the 17th century, a group of Lazarist priests took over and really put it on the map.
