Even more, an exotic and fragrant blend of floral blossom, vanilla and dark cocoa add layers of depth to the nose. The 2012 saturates the palate upon entry with its suave and graceful texture. As these plump tannins evolve, they gain succulence and density, possessing a savory quality of umami. A cobblestone mineral note persists to the finish.
