The balance of subtlety and exoticism of the 2014 “Cariad” are captivating. Melted black licorice, ripe blueberry, and plum are unbelievably seductive in the glass. Notes of hibiscus and citrus blossom add freshness and lift to this delectable wine. Accentuated by faint notes of fennel seed, shiitake, and cedar, the 2014 vintage of “Cariad” envelops your senses.
