Written Notes

My favorite non-vintage rosé Champagne on the market, slightly pink color and very elegant with fine perlage. Lovely fresh red fruits flavor such as strawberry and raspberry. Delicate with a remarkable finesse thanks to a good acidity makes it delightful to drink as an aperitif but also fun to drink with food

(40% Chardonnay, 30% Pinot Meunier, 30% Pinot Noir). One of the most famous rosé’s in Champagne, but as I fail to see the added value of rosé Champagne in general this wine does not impress me either. Other then that it is pure, elegant and well-balanced.
