Written Notes

Bottle filled to mid-shoulder. Looking deep, mature, brick red and healthy. Open, complex, seductive, generous and charming on the nose. The taste is harmonious, fruity, elegant, well-integrated, balanced, good texture and silky tannins. With coffee, blackcurrant, herbs, leather, plum, pepper, truffles and vanilla flavor. Medium, round, lingering and flavorful. Well made and intelligent. Decanted 45min and recommend drinking now. Costs about 1k-3k€ per bottle.

Ruby, brick rim. Red berries, anise, spices, floral, bright fruity, some blackberries, roses and violets. But not too intense. Fresh acidity, ripe tannins, red berries and spices, refreshing and lively, playful. Elegant. 93
