Written Notes

Doisy Daëne - 92% Semillon, 7.5% Sauvignon Blanc and 0.5% Muscadelle. It was very intense on the nose with sweet pineapple, orange peel and peach, creamy fruit on the palate well supported by splendid acidity. Quite complex and with caressing finish. Fine effort. 93p (92p).

Golden. Apricots, pineapples, vanilla, spices, nuanced, fruit driven nose, elegant. Fresh acidity, fruity, apples, apricots, detailed, elegant and nuanced, layered, long. Lovely balance. Superb aftertaste, just a wave of grace! 93-95

Pale medium. Rich and unctuous wine with apricot spicy ginger aromas snd flavours, spicy new oak, fine chalky textures and attractive mid palate viscosity. Finishes minerally and long with tobacco notes.

Intense yellow colour with golden hue. Elegant nose with fine citrus fruit, candied lemon peel, angelica, elegant spiciness in the background. On the palate well structured with fine acidity, rich sweetness and excellent length.
