Written Notes

A level fill, superb bottle, reconditioned at the Château. Golden with amber hue. Enormous complexity, creme brulée, apricots, caramel, dried fruits and prunes, difficult to describe correctly. Fresh acidity, almost dry now, beautiful texture and balance, very long finish.
