Vigne: 2 parcelles les "Chaillots" et les "Gillis". Exposition sud, mi coteau.
Cépage: 100 % chardonnay
Sol: Terres d'argile et marne de l'Yprésien. Quelques traces de sables calcaires dans les Gillis.
Ages des vignes: plantation en 1963 Vigne en sélection massale
Labour des sols: Approche des traitements par des méthodes biologiques, biodynamiques et plus classique si nécessaire.
Respect des rythmes de la plante.
Vinification: fermentation lente en futs et en cuves avec un long elevage sur lies. 100% vinification en futs. Non-malo, non filtrée. Elevage 9 mois.
