Brilliant appearance, classical champagne nose and flavour, but somewhat impersonal in its medium-bodied, polished style at first. Today full, bready and rich.
Good looking magnum size bottle and in an excellent condition. Colour is straw, and looking healthy, deep and mature. On the nose it is intense, complex, refined, fresh and generous. The taste is focused, elegant, silky, perfumed, fragrant, medium-bodied, with complex structure and developing. On the palate it is layered and has citrus, perfumed, buttery, raspberry, white fruits, truffles, tropical fruits and vanilla flavours. The finish is medium long, gentle, lingering and flavorful. This wine is sophisticated, fine and fine. Perfectly stored bottles are still very worthy and will last well for another 10-15 years and decant at least 15min before tasting. Good value for money.
