Yet Georg Weber made a calculated wager—fueled not by obligation, but by a lifelong reverence for the complex, place-reflective texture of great white Burgundy. Written Notes

Pale gold with green reflections. Aromas of lemon zest, ripe pear and white peach are layered with hints of citrus blossom, toasted almond and subtle vanilla. The palate is medium- to full-bodied, offering vibrant citrus and stone fruit supported by fresh acidity and a finely integrated creamy texture. Well-balanced and polished, with a long, clean finish marked by gentle spice and mineral precision.
