Soil: Medium or fine-textured soils that are rich in carbonates and developed on hillsides over Miocene limestone and marl
formations.
Winemaking: Number of days of skin contact: 15-20 days / Type of fermentation: In temperature-controlled stainless steel vats. / Malolactic fermentation in new oak with 2 months of lees aging. / Number of days of fermentation: 1 week approximately / Fermentation temperature: 25-30°C

Tasting notes: Opaque cherry red. Intense and fragrant, revealing fruit notes (blueberry) with subtle nutty (walnuts) and dried fruit (dried plums) undertones. The palate is flavorful, serious, and well structured. A firm, powerful, and persistent wine.
Serving suggestion: The wine's smooth tannic and fruit properties pair wonderfully with a wide variety of meat dishes, including roasts and wild game. Best served at 14–16°C.

Wine Information
The 2015 vintage saw a mild winter and late springtime frost, which reduced the crop load. Summer was very hot, and dry stable weather defined the harvest season. The Tempranillo grapes reached optimal ripeness, with very healthy highquality fruit.
