2001 Here, one stresses the selection of grapes by parcel, right up to the fermentation vessels due to the empty reception pipes between influx of vintage. Our teams are present for indeed the whole time in the vat rooms in order to follow the vinification continuously and to attend to any necessary work just at the right moment.
