The Story
The Domaine's Cazetiers is just behind the wall surrounding the Clos saint Jacques. The soil is orange ochre but at the same time rich in loam and limestone which helps drainage and absorbs the heat during the day to release to the grapes during the night.
The parcelle is characterized by three different soils:
Upper : Ostrea Acuminata marl (clay and limestone). Clear soil often rich in clay.
