Toponyms in "vaux" indicate a depression. It should be reason by "Ponsage" of the rock by gravel coming from the combe Lavaux.

Pale ruby red in color. Direct and pleasant armonas, instant satisfaction. Plenty of ripe red fruits, cherry candy, cranberry and spice. Generous and full-on palate, not the most complex but straight and true with strawberry, blossom and a touch of spicy oak.
