The 2020 vintage in coastal Tuscany was warm and generous, with a steady growing season and beneficial maritime influences that helped preserve freshness. The wines from this year tend to show ripe fruit, supple tannins and early accessibility, while maintaining balance and varietal expression. Syrah achieved excellent ripeness, resulting in expressive and rounded wines.
Deep ruby with purple hues. Aromas of ripe blackberry, black cherry and plum are layered with black pepper, violet and sweet spice, alongside hints of smoked meat and Mediterranean herbs. The palate is full-bodied and plush, offering rich dark fruit, cocoa and spice framed by smooth, well-integrated tannins. Balanced acidity provides freshness, leading to a long, generous finish with lingering peppery and savoury notes. A bold yet polished Tuscan Syrah with immediate appeal.
