Pale straw with green highlights. Aromas of lemon zest, lime, white peach and green apple are complemented by hints of Mediterranean herbs and delicate floral notes. The palate is crisp and lively, showing bright citrus and orchard fruit with a subtle saline minerality that reflects its coastal origin. Fresh acidity provides excellent balance and energy, leading to a clean, refreshing finish with lingering citrus and mineral nuances.
