The Story

The winemaker’s role is to reflect the best the terroir has to offer and to reproduce the intrinsic taste parameters that correspond to Domaine de Chevalier.

Written Notes

Deep and brilliant ruby color. Intense nose of great wine. Fine and complex with outstanding purity of red ripe fruits. Spicy (pepper) and mineral (very typical graphite notes).
Full mouth, very precise, chiseled fine tannins, coated with delicate fruity and crisp flesh.
The balance is impeccable. The wine is energetic, very clear with long finish.
Enjoy on the crisp of its youth.
Drink 2018-2023

Pale lemon yellow. Apples, minerals, refreshing and detailed nose, superb. Fresh acidity, lively, fresh, detailed and elegant palate, refreshing, bit leaner, refined and very long. 93-95

Dark purple red with violet hue and almost black centre. Complex nose with elegant fruit, hints of mild spices and discreet minerality. On the palate well structured with rich charcter and convincing length, excellent balance of tannins, acidity and fruit.
